Do something you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.
Your people are the true foundation of your company. That’s why you want to show all of the energy, personality, experience, and dedication of your staff in every image. Whether it’s a staff portrait or workplace photo-shoot, capturing the essence of your organisation is the key to obtaining great photographs. Your premises are also an important asset to be featured in your marketing. Portray the uniqueness, beauty, and versatility of your building or workspace using stunning images. Photography and photographers have had to adapt to survive and thrive. I ensure that I keep up to date with the latest technology and have embraced Matterport 360 degree VR photography.
I have decades of experience photographing a multitude of people and places across a wide variety of sectors. My style is professional yet relaxed, relying upon building up a relationship with a subject in order to achieve a great photo. I have worked with a variety of business owners from sole traders commissioning their first photoshoot to creative directors of multinational companies.
Every assignment gets the same level of expertise and passion. Photography is a collaboration of ideas. I’m happy to share all of my experience with you to create the best possible images capturing all that your company has to offer
Photography covers a vast spectrum in many different fields
“Over the years I have found my niche and here they are”
Business Photography
Businesses need to attract and engage very quickly; according to recent studies, you have approximately 8 seconds to grab someone’s attention visually. Appealing pictures are therefore essential and using a professional business photographer will help show your business in the best light and give you the competitive edge.
The majority of business owners know what photography can do for their business but having an understanding of how to use photography as part of your brand and marketing strategy often requires the skills of a professional business photographer. There are a number of different types of commercial photography and each one can impact your business differently. I can help you determine the photography needs of your business and get the most out of the images that I produce.
Portrait Photography
One of the most visited sites on a customer-facing business website is that of ‘Meet the team’. People like to see who they are doing business with; therefore your business photography headshots are extremely important. When portraits show your work environment and individual personalities, they are extremely effective. The majority of people do not like having their photo taken, but a professional business portrait photographer will make them feel comfortable and capture a high-quality image that shows their personality.
Product Photography
When photographing products, it is important to get the right style, otherwise, your customers may not understand your products. The creative direction should be consistent with the products themselves and any packaging that is used. Quality images also give an impression of quality products.
Lifestyle Photography
Lifestyle photography is extremely powerful and can easily demonstrate your brand and attract your customers. Lifestyle photography is also known as situational photography and is more about representing an emotion than showing a literal depiction of your business or products. In other words, you will concentrate more on the people in the scene and what’s happening than the products themselves. As its name suggests, lifestyle photography is about selling a lifestyle, not a particular item or service.
Food Photography
Food Photography is very similar to product photography, but the food itself has to be ‘styled’ in order to look appetising. However good photo editing maybe, if the food doesn’t look good it won’t attract customers!
Event Photography
Capturing high-quality images at an event is a challenge for any photographer. Very little is in the photographer’s control. Where we add value is to manage the camera and look for great photography opportunities.
Business Environment Photography
Showing your clients what you do is a great way of providing an insight into what you do and why you’re good at it. This can include photographing your processes, staff, equipment and facilities.
Architectural Photography
Great architectural photography comes from seeing a structure’s beauty and how to best capture it. This is not always easy to portray, but a professional photographer will capture the right look and feel that you are hoping to convey.
